  • We offer an innovative and very personal approach to training, either in our specially built and equipped studio gym, or in an individual client's own home.  Alternatively, we can also offer more cost effective  group training in very small and efficient classes with a maximum of 3 participants to ensure each can still receive individual personal attention.  
  • In our studio gym, we have up-to-date specialised equipement, carefully chosen to offer the very best benefits, in a comfortable friendly environment, accompanied by carefully selected music and videos where appropriate.
  • Our exercise programmes promote and encourage good health, stronger muscles and bones, using strength, balance and flexibility exercises as well as the usual cardiovascular activities.  These exercises are relevant to all ages and we are happy to deise programmes clients aged 16 to 70, or even above.
  • Our trainers will always be properly qualified and take a serious approach to training - but not necessarally a stern one - we know that encouragement is more important than heavy criticism (we can smile!!). We always try to offer a warm inviting atmosphere to our clients, whether individuals or small groups.

  • Your Personal Trainer
    • Andreea was born and brought up in Baia Mare, studying at a sports school and specialising at that time in athletics and tennis (where she played as a junior at 'county' level). She then moved to London where she qualified as a Personal Trainer and developed her very individual approach to her clients. She returned to Baia Mare in 2017 to offer individual training to local residents and visitors to the area. 
    • She has built and equipped her own Studio/Gym at 191 Valea Rosie to offer these services in comfortable private surroundings and she has fitted it out with modern effective equipment.  She also trains individual clients in their own homes.
    • Most of Andreea's clients are looking for exclusive individual personalised sessions. However, Andreea accepts that these are inevitably more expensive than lessons in the larger gyms, and hence she also offers small group sessions (a maximum of 3 persons to ensure everyone still gets individual attention). 
     Our Potential Clients
    • Our potential clients are likely to be people who want to change their lifestyle, and become fitter and more active.  They could be of any age, and will be attracted by the small personal approach at Lifestyle, rather than the usual large anonymous gyms.  
    • Our clients will expect to be treated firmly, but always with respect - for instance if a client has difficulty in completing any particular exercise, we will not shout orders as if they are in the military, but work with them  to find the most effective exercise at each stage of their training. 
    • Our Clients could be any age from 16 to 70 or above.  The important factor is that they want to get fitter (or stay fit), not their age or background.
    • We will be offering clients a top quality service rather than just competing on price - this type of personal one-on-one individual training will inevitably be more expensive than what the larger less personal gyms can offer.  However if this causes you concern, then please ask about our more cost effective small group training.
